In the whole process of using the automatic frying machine, all our after-sales service personnel are thoughtful, meticulous, enthusiastic and timely, so that customers can easily use the purchased equipment, truly experience the convenience and value created by our automatic frying machine. 
 
We hereby declare that our company is a legal production and management company. We have official records in the tax bureau of the bureau of industry and commerce. We can issue formal VAT invoices and other procedures. Our company has many years of production and processing experience, excellent product quality, perfect after-sales service, sales network throughout the world.  
 
Aboard Service Policies of Henan Gelgoog Machinery Company

(1)My factory guarantees the machine for 12 months;

(2) in the warranty period, for machine quality problems, replacement parts and express delivery will be free, but our staff travel costs, daily accommodation and compensation will be paid according to the standard; 

(3) for the problems occurred during the warranty period, or unauthorized wrong operation or maintenance within the warranty period caused by the problem, we will charge the following service fee:

1. Our maintenance staff can apply for reimbursement according to their round-trip air tickets. Our maintenance staff can return the refund ticket to you after they come back.

2. The compensation for the accommodation of our maintenance personnel will be calculated from the date of leaving the company to the date of completion of maintenance, and reimbursement can be applied according to the company regulations.
 
One year warranty, lifetime maintenance; Receive technical consultation 24 hours a day, provide technical diagnosis for customers; Maintenance personnel in the receipt of fault notice, fault troubleshooting promptly in place; Assist customer to update equipment and mould
